Midnight Trinity Dossier

This policy explains what personal information Midnight Trinity Dossier collects, why, and how it's handled. If anything here is unclear, contact us at director@midnightmajestic.com.

What we collect

When you order a Dossier, we collect: your full name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth city and country, and birth gender.

Why we collect it

• Full name, birth date, birth time, birth city, and gender: required to calculate your Western, Vedic, and Bazi astrological charts and Numerology profile.
• Email address: required to deliver your finished Dossier and send order confirmations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. It's shared only with the service providers needed to produce and deliver your Dossier:

• PayMongo - processes your payment. We never see or store your card details.
• OpenRouter (routing to Anthropic's Claude models) - generates the written interpretation of your calculated chart data.
• Resend - sends your delivery email and attached PDF.
• GeoNames - resolves your birth city to exact coordinates and timezone for chart calculation.
• Neon and Vercel - host our database and application.

How long we keep it

Your birth data and generated charts are retained for 90 days from your purchase (this resets if you purchase an upgrade), after which they are permanently deleted. Identifying fields are encrypted at rest. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request it be deleted before the 90-day window, by emailing director@midnightmajestic.com.

Age

Midnight Trinity Dossier is intended for adults 18 and older, or for purchase by a parent or guardian on a minor's behalf.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
